Receptionist / Telephonist
Stirlings Australia, a leading global wholesale distributor of stainless steel and copper nickel products is seeking an enthusiastic, vibrant and skilled Receptionist/Telephonist to join its dedicated and progressive team. Working in new and modern offices in Canning Vale, you will be an integral part in servicing the company's customers and suppliers.
The main attributes we are seeking in this position include:
- The ability to effectively and efficiently process calls as a telephonist, in a busy and fast paced environment
- Good interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of staff and developing customer relationships; the desire to promote the company¡¯s business and the ability to handle challenging situations with a minimum of fuss
- Professional presentation, excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A reasonable level of computer literacy involving emails, word documents, electronic recording and filing, etc
- Other duties are: Daily administrative functions, data entry and specific tasks as required
This is a permanent part-time position (between 25 and 30 hours a week) from Monday to Friday with flexibility on hours to balance work and family commitments.
